| President | Acts as the official spokesperson of the ESA and ensures the envisioned goals of the ESA are realized. Also chairs and schedules all meetings. |
| VP Communications | In charge of awareness and promotions. Organizes class speech efforts. Stays informed on all relevant information about the ongoing activities of the ESA so that they may be communicated to students. Organizes facebook and email efforts with the assistance of the Director of IT. |
| VP Internal Affairs | Manages the ESA office and office supplies, takes meeting minutes, is responsible for constitutional renewal process, schedules office hours for ESA members, manages the acquisition of ESA branded merchandise. |
| VP Financial Affairs | Responsible for proper accounting of the financial transactions of the ESA, submits 3 audits per year to the SFUO, works with the President to prepare budgets, communicates the financial constraints of the ESA during meetings. |
| VP Social Affairs | Primary organizer of 101 week, and the lead organizer on all social events relevant to the ESA during the year. Works closely with other members of the ESA to ensure the success of social events. |
| VP Academic Affairs | Establishes a relationship between the executive, students, and professors. Assists students with grade reviews, academic appeals, questions related to course selection, and problems with teaching staff. |
| VP Philanthropic | In charge of Shinerama preparation. Must be available during the summer. Organizes at least two charitable events during the year. |
| First Year Representative | The First Year Representative acts as a liaison between the executive and first year students in economics, and plans events in cooperation with the VP Social catering to first year students. |
| Director of IT | In charge of the website, the email list, the creation of promotional materials, and the management of all technical assets of the ESA (two-way radios etc.). This is not an elected position. The applicant selected begins their term after reading week. |
